A new day

Something is different...something is the same... That little green guy is named Phanklin. He is glad to meet you.

A few weeks ago Phank added some old friends who quit the game. Today they have gone onto a new path, to make a new guild. I think all business majors need to be an officer in a guild. It would be an amazing study.

Phank is a small guild as you know. We grow very slow. We like to make sure each person not only fits in, but has time to get comfortable within the guild. This takes some time and is not without its bumps. Our growth is sometimes too slow, for we can't kill big things that our individuals could kill in an uber guild. This can be hard if you want to challenge yourself to the ultimate goals the game puts forth.

I have no real answers. It is hard to remind yourself that you are only competing against the goals you choose, and not the ones other guilds are meeting.

PoP has done something lame and also great. Advancement is both a pain and a reward. Due to this joint raids will become half of our path. Loot is on the back burner as the prize is passage. Plan B, Knights of Winters Past, and Tirsada's new guild Fate Entwined (while they are small) will join forces to triumph. (ok, so they don't know this yet, well some do...) We shall all own the wicked flags!

We killed horsey man, and went on to a new challenge...a 4 group challenge.
Unfortunately it was bugged, and only 3 out of 4 groups went up.
It was still a blast. This is one fun event. Just watch out for its bugginess!
We also finished a key to some door in Plane of Valor. To a big dragon that looks like the sleeper. Here is the exciting lever pull in action:
We got Woapin (a level 54 monk and brother to many in Phank) his flag into PoV and PoS. We did it the good honest way too, stacking the group full of our most bad ass peeps!
We began to get some more focus, with many hitting 65, and others wanting to explore and learn. And die. Many times.
Check out the sickest rolls I have ever seen. And the rematch of rolls to boot!
And Taunt, our ugliest rogue, is back from his vacation! Welcome back! :P
We also had fun in Storms. It was an empty zone for a while.
The new expansion makes you want to spend all your time gaining xp, or loots. Taking a break to goof off is a blast with good friends.

So there you go. Not much is different, but at the same time something feels new.

Also, I put up some old news on the stuff page. And our Boss List is public now. I am not sure if I am going to keep Phanklin on the main page or bring back Druzzil Ro. Oh the mystery!
